FAQs

What should I wear?

When you arrive at RPPC, you’ll find some people dressed up and some people dressed casually. We aren't concerned with what you are wearing when you join us…we just want you to join us in worshiping the Lord.

Is childcare provided?

Childcare is available during the 9am worship service for children up to the age of three. Our cradleroom is staffed by a professional who has obtained the necessary background checks and clearances. The same childcare provider is available each week to provide familiarity and continuity for the children.

We also welcome and encourage your children to attend worship with you. In the back of the sanctuary, you will find the Kid Care Basket filled with story and activity books for children. Please feel free to borrow anything you need for the little ones during worship and just place it back in the box at the end of the service.

When is Communion observed?

Communion is observed on the first Sunday of every month in both services. In our 9am service, Communion is received via intinction, where the participants are invited to the front of the sanctuary to receive the bread and dip it in a common cup. In our 11am service, Communion is served to the congregation by our church Elders, first passing the bread plates and then trays of individual cups. All believers in Christ are welcome to partake in the Sacrament of Communion.

How do I join?

We are so glad when you visit and hope you will take the next step on your spiritual journey. We invite you to participate in a New Members Class offered at various times throughout the year. During this friendly and informal gathering, we will get better acquainted with each other, become familiar with the many aspects of church life, and hear from our pastor about the heart and vision of our church. At the conclusion of the New Members Class, participants decide whether or not they are ready to join the church. To join a New Members Class, or to simply gather more information about the church, please contact our church office. We look forward to hearing from you and furthering our relationship together in Christ.
