SERMON NOTES

Faith is our shield. Faith separates us from the enemy. It is our armor.

Faith is reasonable. Faith is not blind. It does not ask us to look the other way from facts and science. Faith depends on our sound mind to live in God's world revealed to us as we study and make sense of it, applying it to our lives.

Faith in community - Faith is an active choice - something that cultivates by knowing the word (head), allowing the word to transform us (heart) and serving to shelter ourselves and each other against all evil.
